Returns

You always have the right to return your order, without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving it. This period begins on the day the last item in your order is delivered.

Consequences of Returns

You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. Once we have received your order in good order, we will refund the invoice amount. We will use the same payment method you used to pay for your order for the refund. There are no additional costs for you. We may withhold a refund until we have received the returned items or until you have provided proof that the items have been returned.
